  • Do not act as an estate agent

  • Do not participate in negotiations or transactions


3. Agent Eligibility

To use the Platform as an Agent, you must:

  • Be legally permitted to operate as an estate agent in the UK

  • Maintain membership with any required redress schemes (e.g. The Property Ombudsman where applicable)


4. Nature of Leads

You acknowledge that:

  • Not be ready to transact
